Curb-to-curb, lift-equipped van service called Paratransit Access Line (PAL) is available for qualifying individuals. PAL’s service area extends three-quarters of a mile, on either side of, or from the end of Metro Bus and Rail’s fixed route service. PAL Direct is NFTA-Metro’s automated paratransit reservation system that gives customers twenty-four hour access to PAL information and scheduling services.

PAL customers can schedule, confirm, cancel and review trip history, submit feedback and update account information, at any time. No need to wait to speak with Customer Service or an ADA Controller.
